Limitless

We don't know how fast or far the human body can run. World Records are being broken constantly because the potential is limitless.

If we don't know the human body's potential, we certainly don't know our own potential.

While genes, upbringing, and personality might be referred to when looking at success, it's unlikely that any journey is perfect. Everyone faces their challenges, demons, and weaknesses.

Yes, the runner in the other lane might have been in the game longer or have fewer commitments; but they still have battles. You don't see them; you see your own.

We can aim to "peak" in a training block but can't in life. Peaking is something we either strive for or look back on. But what if we stopped trying to "peak"? What if we understood that our performance is limitless.

No, you won't PB every race. But when we take the focus off the future or past, we can take something away from every training session, in fact, from every day.

Stop comparing. Stop putting a ceiling on what you can achieve. Start seeing what you have; focus on your lane.

It's limitless.
